I don't know about specific questions asked in a nursery, but some questions asked at an interview are:

What can you bring to our company? (Answer is usually something like strong leadership, or good support of management staff, or a good range of experience in dealing with day-to-day problems that arise in the workplace.)

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (A good answer at your age would be assistant manager or manager of a nursery)

Why are you interested in working for our company? (Good answer usually involves something like "I hear you have a good reputation in the field.")

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Name a difficult situation at a previous job, and tell me how you handled it.

When I worked in a nursery room some of the best questions asked from new teachers were: -what the policies were -what the rules were -what the daily routine was -ask about the children- such as where their personal things go, if there is things that you should know about certain children.
