I run an at home daycare and I would like to make a report for the parents on what the children did during the day. For instance, what they ate, what activities they did, if they took a nap, if they got into trouble... that sort of thing. Anyone know where I can find something like this?

Microsoft.com has templates for all kinds of things, and they're free.

There are tons of resources for homeschool forms.

Take a browse through some of the links I've provided.

Personally, unless I see a really great one, I make my own forms. Everyone has thier own unique, individual taste.

Make a fun one that you and the children would like.

Include simple clipart of animals, happy faces, etc.

Borrow some of the ideas and see what you can do to make your own. That'd would be the best, ensuring that your main goal(s) is being met.

Have fun!

Making your own is probably the best so you can tailor it to your individual needs.

What if you found shapes/outlines of objects to identify the activities. For example for a baby have an outline of a baby bottle and write how much and when he was fed. Maybe an outline of a "1" and "2" for diaper changes indicating what time he was changed.

Older kids you could use an apple for snack time (write in you had), pizza outline for lunch, paint brush for art, Book for stories read, Teddy bear for nap time (how long did they sleep), smiley face to color in if they were good, frowny face for trouble--write what the problem was. Hope that helps.

Hope that helps.
